The quality behind our process
Our recipes are born by subtraction, eliminating all that is too much to have a homemade gelato based on quality, such as additives or superfluous sugars. The ice cream maker is vertical, more delicate than the horizontal one, to increase less air, offering a substantial and compact ice cream.

We are also on social media, follow us to stay updated on our sweet (and savory) experiments with seasonal products. We like to blend our novelties with poetry, to offer you a multisensorial experience.

Our care for the planet in every detail
Not only the ice cream, but also the shop is based on our principle of simplicity. The interior is small and minimal, and there is only one protagonist on the scene: our ice cream, served in compostable cups and waffle cones, even gluten-free.

With our 30 flavours, we like to experiment and surprise you every day. We personally select the raw materials, relying on local producers for seasonal ingredients. You will be spoiled for choice, you just have to try them all!
